Our No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales on FontFill.com are final and non-refundable.
Once you have purchased download credits and used them to download a digital file, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why No Refunds?
Our products are digital goods delivered via internet download. Unlike physical goods, they cannot be returned. Once a file is downloaded, it remains in your possession, and we have no way to verify its deletion or prevent its use.
Technical Issues
We are committed to providing high-quality, functional products. If you experience a verifiable technical problem that prevents you from downloading or using a file, please contact our support team immediately at support@fontfill.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing an alternative download link. A refund will only be considered in the rare and extreme case that we are unable to provide you with a functional file.
Compatibility Disclaimer
Our digital frame packs are specifically designed to be compatible with Canva. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have access to and a working knowledge of the appropriate software (Canva) to use our products. We are not responsible for and cannot provide refunds for issues arising from software incompatibility or a lack of user knowledge.
