License Agreement for FontFill.com Products

Every digital product downloaded from FontFill.com comes with our Enhanced License. This license grants you the right to use our products for a wide range of personal and commercial projects, with a few important restrictions. Please read this agreement carefully.

Enhanced License – Detailed Terms

This is the primary license granted for all products purchased and downloaded from FontFill.com.

✅ WHAT YOU CAN DO:

1. Personal and Commercial Use: You can use the digital frames for an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects for yourself or your clients.
2. Create End Products for Sale: You can use the frames to create a new, original design (an « End Product ») that you intend to sell. An End Product must be significantly different from the original frame pack and requires your own creative input (e.g., creating a finished digital planner, social media templates, or an invitation).
3. Sell on Third-Party Marketplaces: You are expressly permitted to sell your finished End Products on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Creative Market, Design Bundles, etc.

❌ WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:

1. No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the original digital frame files in any way, whether for free or for a fee.
2. No Claim of Ownership: You may not claim the original frame designs as your own work. The copyright remains with FontFill.com.
3. No Direct Competition: You cannot use our frames to create a product that directly competes with FontFill.com. This includes, but is not limited to, creating other Canva frame packs, template kits, or any resource where the primary value is the frames themselves.
4. No Bundling for Resale: You cannot include our original files in a product bundle for resale.
5. No Sale on Your Own Website: You are prohibited from selling End Products that incorporate our frames on your own standalone website (e.g., a Shopify, WordPress, or Squarespace store). Sale is only permitted on the third-party marketplaces mentioned above.
6. No « Freebies »: You may not offer our original files as a freebie, lead magnet, or giveaway to build an email list or for any other purpose.

In summary: Use our frames to create amazing new things to sell on marketplaces. Do not give away or sell our original files.

Violation of this license agreement will result in the immediate termination of your user account and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement. If you have any questions about what is permitted, please contact us before you purchase at support@fontfill.com.
