- « Credits » refer to the download credits purchased on the Site, which are used to download Products.
- « License » refers to the « Enhanced License » that governs the use of each downloaded Product.
2. User Accounts
To purchase and download Products, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Purchase and Use of Credits
- Products on the Site are acquired by redeeming download Credits.
- Credits are purchased in packs (e.g., 1, 5, or 25 Credits).
- All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable.
- Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until they are used to download a Product.
- Each Product on the Site has a specific Credit value required for download.
4. License and Permitted Use
Upon downloading a Product using your Credits, you are granted our Enhanced License. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The full terms of this license are detailed on our Licensing Page. A summary of key terms is provided below:
- You are permitted to sell your own creations that incorporate our Products (End Products) on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Creative Market).
- You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original Product files in any form.
- You are prohibited from selling End Products on your own standalone website.
- You may not claim ownership of the original Product files.
- You may not offer the original Product files as a freebie or include them in a product bundle for resale.
Violation of the license terms will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All Products and content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital files, are the exclusive property of FontFill.com and are protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase of a Product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the intellectual property.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Products for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Products.
- Distribute the Products for free or for sale, except as permitted by the Enhanced License.
- Use any automated system or bot to access the site or download Products.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all Products are provided on an « as is » and « as available » basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FontFill.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Products will not exceed the amount you paid for the Credits used to download the relevant Product.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
FontFill.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the « Last Updated » date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
